About Us
Van Hoose Associates, Inc. (VHA) was established in 1984 with an initial focus on consulting with potential government suppliers and securing contracts. In 1999 the original owner, Eric Van Hoose, was joined by Dave Vicars, a retired government CIO, to develop a solution to allow streamlining of military procurement processes. The knowledge gained by association with the military, along with a staff of people with primarily commercial experience, led to the decision to provide this solution to the commercial market.

VHA is now a provider of solutions to all types of organizations: corporations, government entities, not-for-profits., etc. We provide total and complete solutions to all our customers’ content management, collaboration, workflow and records management requirements. We do this through a combined software and consultative approach which enables us to define all of our customers’ business processes and automate them without changing the way they perform their work. Through the efficiencies our solutions provide, we are able to show real savings to our customers’ bottom lines.

Being a faith-based, creative group of solution-minded individuals who are highly motivated and who possess deeply held beliefs for excellence, we at VHA focus on every person, and every process within an organization to ensure satisfaction and the maximization of the savings we are able to bring through our solutions. Our solutions succeed because of our attention to detail; gold-standard training, effective “change” management, and commitment to the “last four feet”, by assuring all users in an organization are comfortable before considering the implementation complete.

Customers can engage us for a variety of reasons. For example, some may be looking for simple and affordable solutions to fill the gap that may have developed between automation and effectiveness, and others may have established automated business processes, but are experiencing organization and/or communication problems. VHA provides a solution that brings both organization and improved communication to the workplace. We have a couple of simple standards: we intentionally keep our interface “user-simple”, and we keep it affordable. We at VHA know keeping these standards will help our customers reduce costs and increase productivity.
