	Eric Van Hoose, President – Eric focuses on bringing efficiency improvements to the jobs people do within an organization without changing the way people do their jobs.
	Dave Vicars, Chief Executive Officer – Dave’s vision and concept of automating the acquisition process used by the government have been instrumental in the successful solutions VHA now provides its customers.
	Rick Rehs, Vice President, Operations – Rick’s leadership experience and broad knowledge of the Information Technology community enable him to guide and direct all the efforts put forth by our staff.

Management Team

Eric Van Hoose - President
Eric is our senior partner and has an extensive 20-year focus in providing consulting services for both the private and public sectors of the business world. He heads up our entrepreneurial staff with his requirements that we keep our company focus on our products being user-simple.

Eric obtained a B.S. in Industrial Management from Indiana University and an MBA from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He was active duty military for 9 years, serving in the Air Force and participating in the acquisition process at various installations.

While obtaining his advanced degree, he met Dave Vicars--they formed a business and personal relationship that has lasted over 20 years and has resulted in what VHA is today--a company focused on bringing efficiency improvements to the jobs people do within an organization, without changing the way people do their jobs.

Dave Vicars – Chief Executive Officer
Dave completed a career with the government as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio. During this time, he completed requirements to obtain the Certified Professional Contract Manager credentials that propelled him to Director in acquisition. In this position, he had hands-on experience with the frustration experienced by those working with a complex, paper-intensive world. After witnessing several failed “solutions” introduced to the government; Dave nurtured the concept of a flexible tool that would enable the end user with the minimum amount of culture change. He was able to realize his vision.

After completing his career with the government; Dave joined forces with Eric, as his partner and CEO. His initial vision and concept of automating the acquisition process used by the government, and knowledge-base of various industry needs, has been instrumental in the direction VHA has taken, and the consequent successes of the solutions we now provide to our customers.

Dave possesses a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University and an MBA from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.

Rick Rehs – Vice President, Operations
Rick joined Van Hoose Associates after 26 years of military service in the US Air Force spanning various leadership and Program Management positions. Upon his departure from the military, Rick joined the private sector providing Business Process Management solutions to the end-customer. Focusing on the operational aspects of our business, Rick brings a vast set of experience and skills sets ensuring our development and deployment teams deliver successful solutions across the customer’s spectrum of requirements. Through his guidance and direction, our teams have cultivated the knowledge to provide the right solution within the right framework while instilling a “customer-first” approach within the VHA staff.

Rick is a current member of AFCEA, Military Officers Association of America, and the Air Force Association

Rick’s education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Kent State University, Ohio, a Master of Business Administration in Management from Golden Gate University and a Master of Strategic Studies from the Air War College, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama.
