	Mike Webb – Mike’s illustrious career and experience at Ford Motor Company has made him an incalculable asset to VHA.
	Glen Shaw – Former professional football player and Human Resource Specialist, Glenn is a great and valued member of our Board of Directors.

Mike Webb
Being a Canadian by birth, Mike served and retired from the Royal Canadian Air Force and has resided in the United States for the past 45 years. Armed with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business, he embarked on a 35-year career with Ford Motor Company where, among other things, he was involved in business planning for the electronics devision of Ford which resulted in sales growth from $250 million to $3.5 billion per year, and the construction of ten plants in six years around the world. Mike retired from Ford in 1995 and now not only serves on our Board, but tracks the progress of his grandchildren who reside in Dayton, Ohio and Washington, D.C. We are honored and privileged to have him serve on the Board of Directors at VHA.

Glenn Shaw
After graduating from the University of Kentucky in 1960, Glenn embarked upon a career as a professional football player. During his time with the National Football League, he played for the Chicago Bears, Minnesota Vikings, Los Angeles Rams and Oakland Raiders, where he held the position of Running Back. Thereafter, he began a new career in Human Resources which spanned 35 years working for several major corporations including Litton Industries, Dresser Industries, Hygrade Food Products, Indersco and Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical. He is now retired and is a great and valued asset to our Board of Directors. We thank him for his service to Van Hoose.
